This course is designed to help our adults build a strong foundation for basic jiu jitsu techniques, submissions, and escapes. The course will prepare you for both self defense, jiu jitsu, your overall fitness, balance, and coordination. We run this course in blocks of 6 weeks.

This class is designed to teach women the gentle art in a fun, safe and motivational environment. It teaches them to control similar sized opponents.
Adult Open Mat All Levels Gi & No Gi
This class time is used for grappling and rolls, also opened for students to drill techniques.
Ages from 5 to 8 yrs. This class is designed to introduce our younger students to jiu jitsu.
Ages from 5 to approx 8 yrs. All levels, this class is designed to help students build a strong foundation for basic jiu jitsu techniques and improve their overall understanding of jiu jitsu practice.
Ages from 8 to approx 13 yrs. All levels, this class is designed to build a strong foundation and improve student's coordination and movement.
Ages from 8 yrs and over. This class requires instructor approval (invitation only). This class is based on competition scenarios and includes more advanced jiu jitsu techniques.
Ages from 13 yrs and over, high school students. All levels, this class is designed to build a strong foundation and also work on more advanced techniques while still training with partners within the same age and same size.
Scheduled throughout the year. Schedule follows school terms 1-4.
