Pilates and Stretch

An hour class designed to inspire and guide you through movement to improve body awareness, alignment, breathing and control.We explore elements of flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and stabilisation. This class is the ultimate complement to any sports or it could be a great kick start into your health and fitness journey.

What to wear: comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement, bare feet or socks. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
