Another successful comp!

Renato Silva's Seminar this Friday! September 2nd at 6pm

Over the weekend, the Carlson Gracie New Zealand teams competed in the Christchurch Championship held at Parklands Community Centre.

Kids in-house tournament will be held this Saturday at 2pm. Please make sure your child is signed up, this can be done at the gym or you can email us.

6 Week Fundamental Course. Our next Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals course begins Monday 7 May 2018. This course will cover the basics to Jiu-Jitsu.

Carlson Gracie New Zealand hosted a great seminar this last weekend with Craig Jones in Queenstown. Great techniques around his unique leg lock game.
