CGNZ Team Attending Artaxias 1. 14/03/2015.

On 14/03/2015, three fighters from Carlson Gracie New Zealand will be competing in the Artaxias submission only event in Wellington.

This is New Zealand's first submission only grappling tournament, and will feature 30 of the best grapplers in New Zealand.

Expect some high quality and exciting matches.

Jose Gomes, Renan Secco, and Ben Boyce have been invited to compete and have been matched up with some great fights.

Thanks to South Pacific Fire Protection (http://www.southpacificfire.co.nz/) for getting us there, by providing us with flights.

We couldn't do it without all your help.

As there is now less than a month to go, we are ramping up our training. Tournament/Fight preparation is dependent on not only those fighting, but also all our training partners as we cant train by ourselves. Therefore we hope to see everyone in the gym training hard in preparation for this event.

We will also be attending the National No Gi grappling tournament on the 28/03/2015, so get training!
